He has substantial plastics recruiting experience, an expansive network, and is known as a premier recruiter within the industry. Before starting TRG in 2021, Todd was a co-founder and led another successful executive search firm within the plastics industry.
As a niche recruiting firm, Todd and the TRG team specialize in executive search and direct placement of technical sales, engineering, manufacturing management and leadership positions. The firm is a strategic recruiting partner to thermoplastic resin makers, processors, converters, and distributors across the industry.

Karen’s enjoys her role because it allows her to combine her passion for marketing with her expertise in recruitment, helping her team achieve growth and operational excellence.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her partner for 12 years and their three children—two sons and a daughter. Family events and creative activities together are some of her greatest sources of joy.
